Dear Tony, I hope all is well and business is great. During the humid weather two weeks ago Debra and I needed the AC at Chandler St. I took a chance that all I had to do was turn the controls to "cool" mode and program in the desired temperature. The AC came on and I am happy to say more than adequate to cool this building. Your service technician left me a voice mail on my cell phone last week looking to schedule a time to test AC units. We will not need him to come unless there is anything additional that should be checked to ensure the units are safe and under warranty. I am enclosing a check as payment in full.
