The Joyce team was a pleasure to work with from start to finish! Less than three days from contacting them I had a new furnace for a good price without hassles. Josh and his install team got here early and was able to complete the install that day. They were respectful of my house, covering items or floors to keep them clean. Corey and team installed a mini spit with 3 heads after a day and 1/2. Corey was very professional and friendly to talk to. Corey answered all questions asked and also volunteered to hang up the controllers for us. I had heard from a friend that Joyce Cooling and Heating was very reliable, so when I needed a service person, I called their number. Within a very short time Tom returned my call and he arrived shortly thereafter. He knew quickly that I needed a new thermostat and it was installed and working in a short period of time. This was our second experience with Joyce Cooling & Heating. They have served our office location and treated us very well there, so decided to try them at our home. The office staff is very friendly and helpful and provided a rough cost estimate for service over the phone. The technicians arrived on time and were very professional. They worked efficiently to clean our heating system and were happy to walk me through what they were doing and what they saw with the system. They made sure to take time to answer any questions I had and didn't leave a mess (thank you!). Even the dog enjoyed some pats from the techs.
